1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BalanceTie (balancetie.com), its APIs, export tools, or web dropzones, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Service Description & Accounting Purpose
BalanceTie provides an automated optical character recognition (OCR) and mathematical reconciliation utility designed to convert bank statements, credit card records, and tax invoices into structured accounting formats (Excel .xlsx, Tally Prime XML, QuickBooks .qbo, and Xero CSV).
BalanceTie is an automated mathematical aid, not a certified public accounting firm. While running balance proofs verify arithmetic consistency (Balance_t = Balance_(t-1) + Credits - Debits), you—as the practitioner, accountant, or business user—retain sole statutory responsibility to audit and cross-check all extracted figures against original official bank statements prior to filing tax returns or finalizing audits.
3. Proprietary Intellectual Property
All mathematical verification algorithms, table detection models, Tally XML bridge routines, user interface layouts, and documentation are the exclusive proprietary commercial intellectual property of BalanceTie Technologies Inc..
You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, clone, or operate a competing hosted SaaS service based on our conversion pipeline.
4. Subscriptions, Credits & Payments
Paid quotas (Day Passes, Credit Packs, and Monthly Pro subscriptions) grant non-transferable page conversion credits. Transactions are processed securely via our authorized Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BalanceTie Technologies Inc. AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, STATUTORY PENALTIES, OR TAX DEFICIENCIES ARISING FROM CONVERSION DISCREPANCIES.
